Doggie Paddle and Unpainted Figures

Part of this summer's trip was helping move our stuff cross-country. For those who may be interested, I found one more Doggie Paddle in the back of our old storage unit in California. This one doesn't have an outer box for some reason, but the inner figure is still intact inside its form-fitted styrofoam insert. I have set up one more $500 tier for this one, and if I end up finding the spare box I had back home I'll put her in it, but for now it is the NO BOX option.
I've also had a question about unpainted figures, and the factory has confirmed that can be an option but has not given me a quote for the pricing on that yet. If I don't hear back from them before the campaign ends, they will be made available as an add-on in Backerkit when I do know their cost.
We're over $7k!
Paypal Now Available!

We're in our final week of the Kickstarter campaign! Keeping fingers crossed that this final week might push us up to being able to do these figures in PVC.
I have put up a temporary page for Paypal pledges here:
If you know folks who wanted to pledge but couldn't because they wanted a Paypal option, now is the time to pass that link around!
Please note that the total displayed on Kickstarter will not update with pledges through Paypal! I will tally them manually and update on the front page of the Kickstarter as I can, probably daily. However, I am in the middle of a drive from California to Chicago, so I will not be very available for the next few days. Looking forward to finally getting home and getting production started on these gals. The factory has informed me that the painted La Brea prototype has arrived safely in China so we're all set to start, once the Kickstarter funds are transferred in.
Sunday night is your last chance to pledge! Thank you all for helping us come this far. :D
Woo-Hoo!

Hello all! Can't believe we're fully funded already! Kinda caught me off guard to be honest, and I'm super grateful to all of you for the help in making this project a reality.
Earlier this week, after virtually hopping around my living room going "woo-hoo!" I boxed up and shipped the prototype figure to our figure-making factory in China. It'll probably take several weeks to get there, so when she finally arrives they'll let me know.
The lighting kind of blew out her hair tones here, but on the actual prototype it is a visibly different color than the bone hair ornament. Cream vs. white.
I do plan to have the factory add some shading to her, as I wanted to give them flat colors to sample accurately. The first few times I did figures through this company, the color tests were...um...let's call them creative interpretations. >_> So I'm hoping that sending them the colors I want in the places they should go will cut down on a lot of the back-and-forth process we had to do for the figures before.
Side view, I put cheek spots even on this side. Keeping fingers crossed they can do this in production.
Thanks again and hey, with this much time left maybe we *can* get to PVC production...?

Wow guys, there's still four weeks left! Already to $3926 as of this writing...can't help but think just maybe folks want this gal to get made. Mmmmaybe? ;)
So...since we're just a hair under the initial goal to getting La Brea made, I'm going to aim to get the painted La Brea prototype finished early and sent on her way to China. I was planning to finish her up after Comic-Con and send her then, near the end of the campaign, but if we're thisclose to being funded I might as well try to get her in the mail early. International shipping always seems to take longer than I think it will, so I imagine it can't really hurt to get things on the move ahead of time.
Will post some additional sneak peeks of her before I get her packed up, so you can see her from all angles. Thanks again for your support on this project!
24 Hours: Halfway to Goal?!

You guys, I'm super blown away by your support. <XD For reals here.
Can't believe we're already past 50% of the goal and it's been barely 24 hours since we started. Is it too early to hope we WILL make it to $12k and PVC production??
Gotten some requests so I've added two new tiers: you can now pledge for two figure sets, and two figures sets with the prints. If you want to add additional items or change your pledge after the campaign is done, I'll be using Backerkit to organize the orders so you can add additional items there. Want a whole herd of little mammoths stampeding across your shelves? Planning on kitbashing so you want extra bodies on hand? We'll have you covered!
Keep passing around the links, I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Thank you SO much for helping Michele and I bring you cute fang-y goodness!
